HOW DID IT START ?

A non-profit organization, IEEE is the world's leading professional association for the advancement of technology. IGIT IEEE student branch was inaugurated on 6th Feb. 2004 with around 33 members. Now the student branch of IGIT IEEE boasts of 200 members. Our Branch Counselor, Prof. S.B.Jain, is a veteran in the field of Electronics and Communications Engineering and also the first woman to pass out of the Delhi College of Engineering. Our Branch Mentor is Mr. Akash Tayal, Lecturer in the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, whose enthusiasm has motivated our branch to move ahead at a heady pace
